01 · BUILD THE ASSORTMENT
Choose a commercially useful mix instead of an undefined random selection.
Start with the sales channel, target diameter and preferred design families. Importers and distributors can identify exact models, define an approved substitution rule or request a factory-reviewed assortment.
Document the required ratio when particular colors, themes or designs must be repeated in later orders.
Exact models
Use website model numbers when the collection is fixed.
Assortment rule
State whether colors or designs may vary within an approved range.
Repeat reference
Record the approved mix for replenishment and reorders.
02 · DEFINE THE PACK
Connect inner packing, carton requirements and labeling to the destination channel.
Bulk supply can still require controlled quantities per inner pack, assortment identification, carton marks or buyer labels. These details affect the quotation and production plan.
Send barcode, warning, importer or retailer requirements before artwork and packing are approved.
03 · PREPARE THE REORDER
Use one confirmed specification for the first order and the next one.
Confirm model, size, material, appearance reference, assortment, pack format and applicable documentation in the order file. This gives the factory a clearer reference for repeat supply.
MOQ, sample route, unit price, production timing and shipping preparation are confirmed after the complete requirement is reviewed.
