01 · MATERIAL
The product begins with a controlled material specification.
Bouncing balls are commonly made from synthetic rubber compounds. The selected formulation affects rebound, hardness, color, odor and processing behavior. Buyers should define restricted-substance and destination-market requirements before production.
Specification
Confirm size, material, color and performance reference.
Change control
Custom pigments, inserts or prints may affect the final test scope.
Approval
Use an agreed sample or documented reference before mass production.
02 · FORMING
Forming and curing create the ball body.
Prepared material is formed and cured according to the selected ball design. Process settings vary by diameter, formulation and construction, so universal temperatures or cycle times should not be copied from unrelated products.
03 · FINISHING
Graphics, trimming and surface work follow the base ball.
Depending on the design, finishing may include trimming, surface treatment, printing, pattern application or insert assembly. The appearance reference and allowable variation should be agreed before production.
04 · RELEASE
Inspection and packing should follow the order specification.
Useful release checks can include appearance, diameter, assortment, artwork, packaging, labeling and agreed performance references. The required inspection method should be specified by the buyer before order confirmation.
