A nominal size is only the starting point. The actual machine path, acceptable tolerance and refill method determine compatibility.
01 · MEASURE
Record the required product or capsule diameter, the narrowest path through the mechanism and any tolerance supplied by the machine manufacturer. A physical reference sample is helpful when the specification is unclear.
02 · COMPARE
Compare nominal ball diameter and expected variation with the machine requirement. Do not rely on a photograph or an unrelated product listing.
03 · MIX
If designs are mixed, confirm that all selected models share the required fit and that assortment ratios are documented. Novelty shapes or inserts may require separate review.
04 · REFILL
Define refill quantity, inner packaging, assortment control and labeling so the product can move efficiently from warehouse to machine.
